พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยฝนตกหนัก มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน และประเทศไทยมีกำลังอ่อนลง ในขณะที่มีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณอ่าวตังเกี๋ย ลักษณะเช่นนี้ยังคงทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนฟ้าคะนองบางแห่ง โดยมีฝนตกหนักบริเวณภาคเหนือด้านตะวันตกและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณภาคเหนือด้านตะวันตกและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนองและฝนตกหนักไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
